Yes She Can is a non profit organization  that helps young women with autism and learning disabilities develop job skills.  We coach trainees in all aspects of running Girl AGain boutique where we sell refurbished American Girl dolls and all their accessories.  Sales of merchandise fund our program.

We are seeking volunteers to join us for a doll repair workshop on Sunday November 11th at Girl AGain.  This is for adults, but mature teen are welcome.

We have many dolls that need some extra repair work but you do not need to have any experience – we will teach you how to do this.

We will teach you everything you need to know to make the dolls nearly new.

 Come enjoy bagels and Bloody Marys (and juice, coffee and tea) and the company of fellow volunteers for a good cause.

Register for Session 1 –    Sunday November 11th, 11 am to 1 pm

Register for Session 2 – Sunday November 11th, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

When you shop at Girl AGain, you are not only supporting a small business but also contributing to the success and continuation of our program. Girl AGain serves as the training site for participants in Yes She Can, where participants gain practical life skills through meaningful, hands-on professional experience.

Yes She Can

The mission of Yes She Can is to provide inclusive, community-based classes for all individuals of all abilities, including but not limited to those with autism, developmental disabilities, and other learning differences. Through structured, group-based experiences in integrated community settings, we support participants in building practical life skills, social connections, and foundational skills such as communication, teamwork, and responsibility. Our programs promote confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in integrated community settings while fostering personal growth and self-expression.
