There is a black anchor on the front of the neck and embroidered black stars on the back. There is an embroidered crest on the left sleeve. The back of the dress’s skirt has a lace-up black ribbon. There is Velcro up the back of the dress at the wrists. The tam is white with a black ribbon brim and bow. The outfit comes with black tights to wear on a colder day.
