This is Samantha’s Shoes and Socks American Girl Historic Set. This set was introduced to Samantha’s Collection in 1991 and retired in 2008. This set comes with white tights, which are made out of cotton, black ribbed tights, which are also made out of cotton, white fishnet socks, and black Mary Jane shoes, which are made out of faux patent leather. Your doll would look great in Samantha’s shoes and socks. Your doll might wear it with a holiday outfit called the Cranberry Party Dress.
