Features a white sleeveless pinafore with shoulder ruffles. Sash that attaches to the waist and ties in back. Pocket and ruffles are trimmed in green, blue, and red rickrack. Velcros up the back. Also included are white lace anklet socks trimmed in red and a metallic red and gold paper birthday crown with “Happy Birthday” in gold script.
