It’s a winter wonderland in 1904! The most magical time of the year! Samantha throws a winter party for all her friends at the skating pond, including her best friend Nellie. To make a splash Samantha wears this beautiful satin powder-blue dress with gorgeous lacy details. But when Nellie can’t afford to participate in the gift exchange will Samantha’s party ruin their friendship? You can decide when you bring this Pleasant Company outfit home for your own dolls to wear! This unique outfit was added to Samantha’s collection in 1999 with the release of the short story outfits. You can find it featured in the short story Samantha’s Winter Party. It has been retired since 2004. Now is the perfect time to add this hard-to-find outfit to your Samantha collection!
